Step by Step to Create a Memorable Celebration!

Decide on your total party budget by outlining how much you're willing to spend on key elements like food, venue, rentals, decorations, and entertainment. This will help you stay organized and avoid overspending.

This is the stage where you choose your venue—whether it's your home, backyard, a local park, a cozy restaurant, or a rented event space—based on the vibe you want and the number of guests you're inviting.

Got a theme in mind? Just let us know—we can bring any vision to life and make your celebration unforgettable!

Games and Entertainment

When it comes to games and entertainment, let us know if you’ll need our help or if you’ve got it covered. We’ll also coordinate any activities and work out arrival times for third-party vendors or performers to keep everything running smoothly.

Food Menu

We don’t provide catering ourselves, but we know some amazing vendors who do! Just let us know what food you’re planning and when it’ll arrive so we can make sure everything is perfectly timed.

In keeping with your theme, will the cake be pre-ordered or custom-made? Please also confirm the expected time of arrival—and don’t forget the candles!

Photographer

Will you be bringing your own photographer for the event? If so, please let us know their expected time of arrival.
